General Information This is a two-year rotational program where Fellows have an opportunity to rotate through four different business functions across the agency: staff/support department, line department, finance, and facility operations. Fellows are full-time, permanent employees with a yearly salary and benefits. After successful completion of the program, Fellows are considered for key positions throughout The Port Authority.
