We’re growing—and we’re on the hunt for not one, but TWO strong coaches to join our team.
Fit For You is a Women’s Only Strength Training gym in Avon, CT. We don’t do gimmicks, random workouts, or yelling over blaring music. Our focus is metabolic health and longevity. We coach women to be strong, confident, and in control of their health—whether they’re 35 or 75.
We’re looking for coaches who:
Know their stuff when it comes to strength training—barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, & smart, safe programing
Can lead small group workouts with energy, empathy, and authority
Are reliable, professional, and show up prepared
Are confident coaching movement patterns (not just demo-ing them)
Are comfortable giving corrections and real-time feedback
Can commit to evenings (4–8 PM, Monday–Thursday) and occasional Saturday mornings
Morning hours also available (8-11 AM, weekdays)
Certification great (NASM, NSCA, ACE, or similar), but real experience is even better!
We don’t just “count reps”—we educate, support, and create a training experience our members actually look forward to.
