- Boutique New York City law firm with national labor law practice seeks attorney with 1-2 years’ experience in labor law; qualified 3L candidates may be considered
- Union-side law practice and general counsel to major international union conducts contract negotiations, assists with internal union democracy, appears in federal courts at the trial and appellate level and before administrative agencies (NLRB, DOL, EEOC) and arbitrators. Practice also includes employment law, employee benefits law, etc.
- Strong research and writing skills required; interest in workers’ rights and/or labor law a plus
- Hybrid work environment, but office time is expected
