Role Description
The primary objective of this role is to facilitate a high-energy, non-contact football camp that emphasizes skill development, sportsmanship, and fun. The instructor will be responsible for creating a competitive yet supportive environment for young athletes.
Key Responsibilities
- Instruction: Teach football fundamentals and sport-specific drills.
- Position Training: Provide specialized coaching for Quarterbacks (QB), Wide Receivers (WR), Running Backs (RB), Offensive Linemen (OL), and Defensive Linemen (DL).
- Challenge Creation: Develop and lead competitive challenges to engage campers and build skills.
- Atmosphere: Maintain a “fun camp style” environment while ensuring all activities remain non-contact.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of football mechanics and positional play.
- Ability to work effectively with youth athletes aged 7-14.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Energetic and positive coaching demeanor.
