The campaign to reelect Congressman Richard Neal is seeking motivated interns for Summer 2026. If you’re interested in electoral politics, campaign organizing, and the inner workings of a real congressional campaign, this is an excellent hands-on opportunity to build skills that will serve you in future campaigns or any career in public service and beyond.

What You’ll Do
- Voter contact and outreach
- Volunteer recruitment and coordination
- Data management and campaign tracking
- Support other critical campaign operations as needed
Who We’re Looking For Ideal candidates are determined, bright, enthusiastic, and passionate about government and politics. Previous campaign experience is not required — we’ll train you!
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Personal integrity and the ability to work independently
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Dedication to the campaign’s mission
