Designer will support execution of the brand’s visual identity across product, marketing, and digital touchpoints. This role is responsible for translating creative direction into compelling, on-brand assets that support global licensing initiatives, product storytelling, and consumer engagement.
This position requires a strong balance of creative execution and brand discipline, ensuring consistency across categories, partners, and regions while contributing fresh, culturally relevant ideas.
Key Responsibilities
Design Execution (Product + Brand)
- Execute seasonal and ongoing design needs across:
- Apparel graphics and product concepts
- Packaging and trims (where applicable)
- Brand assets for licensed categories (accessories, home, beauty, etc.)
- Translate Creative Director vision into production-ready assets across multiple categories
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while adapting designs for different licensees and markets
Marketing & Campaign Creative
- Develop visual assets for:
- Campaign launches and product drops
- Social media and digital marketing
- E-commerce (site banners, PDP content, email design)
- Support execution of collaborations and special projects, including capsules and partnerships
- Assist in building visual storytelling for brand moments, activations, and launches
Licensing & Partner Support
- Work closely with licensing team to:
- Adapt and localize creative for global partners
- Review and provide feedback on licensee-submitted designs
- Ensure all creative outputs align with brand standards
- Prepare and update brand guidelines, toolkits, and seasonal creative packs for partners
Creative Operations
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with clear timelines and deliverables
- Prepare files for production and ensure accuracy across formats and specifications
- Maintain organized asset libraries and version control
- Develop creative assets for brand presentations across strategy, marketing, and design
Trend & Cultural Awareness
- Stay informed on fashion, streetwear, and cultural trends relevant to the brand
- Contribute ideas for new design directions, collaborations, and visual storytelling opportunities
