Handshake Job Posting

Employers can post internships and full time jobs on Handshake. Please be sure to include Kean University among the universities you wish you share your opportunities with.  Our students will have access to these opening 24/7 and is the easiest way to reach students.

To register as an employer on Handshake and post jobs and register for events, follow these steps: 

 1. Create an account

Go to kean.joinhandshake.com, click Sign Up for an Account, and choose Employer. 

 2. Confirm your email

You will be directed to Handshake after confirming your email address. 

  3. Join or create a company profile

If your company is already on Handshake, you can request to join the profile. If not, you can create a new one. 

  4. Validate your account

You may be prompted to complete multi-factor authentication (2FA) to verify your account. 

5. Post a job

Go to the Jobs tab in the left navigation bar, and click Create job in the upper-right corner. 

Students will be able to see all jobs posted at any time!

Parker-Dewey is Kean’s partner for micro-internship engagement and we invite you to create an account today.

Micro-internships are short-term, paid, professional assignments that are similar to those given to new hires or interns on the job. They can take place year-round and typically range from five to 40 total hours of work. Assignments or projects are due between one week to one month after kick-off. Micro-Internships are used by companies ranging from those in the Fortune 100 to emerging start-ups, and across all majors and industries.

You can create and account and post opportunities for your short-term project work.
